Position Overview:

The Cloud Support Operations Manager is an integral part of the Operations (TechOps Support) Team, responsible for ensuring the team's activities focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, & improving the various companys applications & technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team that operates & maintains DoubleVerify's applications, servers, & network.
  • You will manage projects & ensure we stay on target to accomplish the goal.
  • You will work with monitoring solutions to create reports & focus on predictive analysis.
  • You will be thrilled at the prospect of building strong relationships with different teams in the company, solving operational issues, & implementing quality improvements.
  • Lead, motivate, & support a team within a time-sensitive & demanding environment.
  • Actively pursue strategic & operational objectives.
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes & procedures to enhance & sustain the organizations internal capacity.
  • Participation in 24/7/365 on-call rotation.

Requirements:

  • ~1 year of Team Lead or Management experience
  • 3+ years of Experience working in a role supporting developers/engineer's applications
  • 3+ years of Experience with monitoring systems & management tools (ex: Nagios, Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus)
  • 3+ years of Experience in an Application Support Role
  • Basic understanding of SQL
  • 3+ years of Windows/Linux administration skills (IIS and/or Apache configuration)
  • 3+ Experience with Kubernetes \ Kafka
  • Familiarity with orchestration & containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, learn new skill sets, & be able to understand operational challenges.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, & organizational skills with a clear focus under pressure.
  • Must be proactive with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Resourceful, results-orientated with the ability to get things done & overcome obstacles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building with diverse, global, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot & guide the team to solve situations in complex systems.
  • 2+ years of Linux environment experience.
  • Good knowledge of process automation.


The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$102,000- $202,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, & benefits.
