We're looking for an Associate Art Director to join our creative team & help bring the Bespoke Post brand to life across photography, video, & design. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to develop & execute visual concepts for a diverse range of products across digital & print platforms-including email, social, website, catalog & campaign work.You have a strong grasp of who our customer is- someone who values quality, craftsmanship, & discovery-and you know how to concept designs & art direction that resonate with them. You're a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once while maintaining a high bar for the work. You own the process from concept through delivery, & you communicate early & often to keep things moving.You're also excited about the role AI can play in the creative process-you lean into new tools & actively use them to generate, iterate on, & supplement creative ideas & designs.
