This role requires overseeing menu deployments of our three US Meal Kit brands (HelloFresh, Green Chef, & EveryPlate), managing web content data (including photo assets & copy), streamlining & optimizing inter-departmental workflows, as well as creating & maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Associate will also assist with training, onboarding, & administering feedback, while driving operational improvements & collaborating with technical teams to address issues. A positive orientation towards organization, details, time management, efficiency, team collaboration, & change management is essential.
You will
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with partners across different teams to ensure effective communication & the smooth progression of ongoing projects.
- SOP Creation & Maintenance: Develop & consistently maintain SOPs for key duties within the DMX team, ensuring that processes are standardized & efficient.
- Training & Onboarding: Be a leader in the training & onboarding process for external team members & facilitate bi-weekly feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement & alignment.
- Menu Deployment: Manage weekly uploads & audits, keeping stakeholders informed about the progress & any updates.
- Asset Management: Maintain an organized system for asset tracking & management to ensure timely & efficient use of resources.
- Team Engagement: Prepare meeting deliverables, gather discussion points, & provide comprehensive updates on outstanding projects & issues.
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter data into team trackers, maintain menu deployment records, & regularly update CMS tools to ensure the team has access to up-to-date information.
- UI/UX Escalation: Engage with the Berlin-based tech team to escalate any UI/UX issues & ensure effective communication & resolution.
- Operations Focus: Drive operational efficiency by experimenting with new processes, refining daily operations, & ensuring that weekly tasks are completed on time.
- Change Management: Be involved in managing weekly changes to our processes & ensure efficient workstreams through effective communication & preparation.
- Data Orientation: Leverages data & analytics in day-to-day operations to identify trends, drive improvements, & measure impact.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze situations & develop effective solutions.
- A proactive approach to experimenting with new operational processes & identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, ensuring that all actions align with broader organizational goals.
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills to manage multiple tasks & deliverables efficiently.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for engaging with cross-functional partners & stakeholders.
- Strong analytical & presentation skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience working with data analytics & storage platforms such as KNIME, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools & emerging technologies to enhance productivity & automation.
