Warby Parker is on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Specialist to help manage the day-to-day responsibilities of invoice processing. In this role, you'll directly support & train the business on our Procure to Pay (P2P) system as well as ensuring that invoices are processed timely & accurately.  Our ideal candidate is not only an organizational mastermind but also an advocate of Warby Parker's core values. What youll do:

• Process PO backed & non-PO backed invoices in our P2P & ERP system
• Ensure records are managed & maintained in accordance with organizational policies & procedures
• Act as the primary point of contact for business questions related to vendor master data
• Complete requests for vendor master data in a timely, accurate manner & perform integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data
• Ensure all new vendor requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation before they are entered into our ERP
• Support the team with requests from auditors
• Work alongside the Accounting team to verify that invoices are recorded accurately in the general ledger
• Support the immediate AP team cross-functionally by helping to manage the workload & keep processing volumes at a minimum
• Respond to external vendors & internal stakeholders regarding all invoice & payment inquiries 

Who you are:

• Backed by 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role  
• Proficient in GSuite, Excel Oracle or Coupa are a bonus!
• An analytically, process-driven individual who has strong communication skills & thinks outside the box
• Someone who works well on teams & as an individual contributor
• Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
