Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Manager to join our Growth Strategy team.

About the role

You will work cross functionally with internal & external Oscar stakeholders & finding, supporting, & manifesting growth opportunities across regions & product lines.

You will report to the Director, Strategic Planning.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $108,000 - $141,750 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program & annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

Leads the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations & projects, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, & relationship management to drive collaboration, edge case mitigation, & on-time completion
Evaluates overall departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing & interpreting data & metrics as well as assisting in development of departmental metrics & implementation of mitigation strategies
Collaborates with internal & external stakeholder groups to formulate proactive implementation, communications, & program strategies for successful change management & risk mitigation initiatives
Mentors team members & promotes colleagues' growth & professional development
Compliance with all applicable laws & regulations
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in program management
3+ years of experience delivering projects / programs

Bonus points

Experience using data & metrics to drive improvements in programs
Experience in a fast-paced operations environment
Experience executing enterprise-wide initiatives such as defining project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities, & developing all processes associated with program rollout & ongoing support
PMP Certifications or Program Management Certifications
Lean/Six Sigma Certifications
Healthcare experience (Health Insurance, Health Systems, or Healthcare Consulting)
