What You'll Do

  • Prepare & review DoubleVerifys periodic SEC reports, including Proxy Statement & Forms 10-K & 8-K, & advise on developments in securities laws.
  • Manage DoubleVerifys international entity governance program.
  • Assist with corporate governance matters.
  • Assist in management of DoubleVerifys intellectual property portfolio.
  • Contribute in a complex, high-volume commercial practice on short deadlines, providing high-level business & legal advice & risk mitigation strategies to key internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing, implementing & continually improving processes & procedures to increase scalability & efficiency of the legal team.
  • Coordinate with legal team members on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Other legal projects & duties as needed.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or public company.
  • Degree from an accredited law school & active good standing with at least one United States bar.
  • Strong corporate background, with experience advising on securities laws, preparing SEC filings & reviewing, negotiating & drafting contracts.
  • Self-starter who operates autonomously while being a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, customers, vendors & outside advisors.
  • Strong organizational skills & the ability to simultaneously manage several initiatives & thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred location in New York.


The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $91,000 - $175,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, & benefits.
The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, & recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
