As a Technical Account Manager on the Strategic Accounts team in New York, you will be responsible for nurturing & expanding one of Taboolas most significant supply-side partnerships. You will serve as a trusted advisor & strategic consultant, working closely with our partner to understand their business goals, identify growth opportunities, & optimize their performance through Taboola's platform. You will proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, & professional services teams to deliver tailored strategies & solutions that drive mutual success. 

How youll make an impact:

  • Serve as the dedicated account manager & key point of contact for a major strategic supply-side partner, with a primary focus on driving commercial success.
  • Build & maintain relationships with key cross functional stakeholders within the partner's organization.
  • Organize & lead quarterly business reviews with the partner, presenting key performance metrics, project updates, growth opportunities & future plans.
  • Develop & maintain a strategic account plan & conduct regular internal business reviews to communicate partnership performance & growth strategy to cross functional executive stakeholders
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the partner's technical infrastructure, business objectives, & strategic priorities to identify & execute on growth opportunities.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Taboola's integration with the partner, in order to effectively communicate technical concepts & commercial implications to both technical & non-technical stakeholders at the partner organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Taboola's Professional Services team to onboard new supply, troubleshoot & resolve integration issues, collect requirements for new features, & advocate for partner technical needs.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization & revenue growth for Taboola, the partner.
  • Identify & pursue opportunities for improved advertiser success on partner supply.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience, with minimum 6 years in technical account management, partner management, or a similar client-facing role in the digital advertising space.
  • Proven track record of identifying & driving revenue growth opportunities within partnerships.
  • Understanding of complex technical integrations & articulating their commercial impact.
  • Strong technical background & a deep understanding of advertising web technologies, APIs, & data integration principles.
  • Demonstrated understanding of OpenRTB protocols & the programmatic advertising ecosystem.    
  • Excellent communication, presentation, & interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior technical & business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights & recommendations for both technical & commercial improvements.
  • Experience working directly with Product Management & Engineering teams at partner organizations, with a focus on translating technical capabilities into business value.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestic & international
