As a Measurement Specialist based in New York, you will be responsible for developing & leading measurement strategies to help advertisers accurately measure the impact of Taboola within their broader media mix. You will focus on data-driven insights, attribution methodologies, incrementality testing, & performance analytics to optimize advertisers investments. Working closely with advertiser clients, sales, product, & data science teams, you will ensure that measurement frameworks drive business growth, efficiency, & adoption of Taboolas solutions.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, ad tech, measurement, or attribution
- Strong understanding of advertising measurement frameworks, including incrementality testing, lift studies, & attribution modeling
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Campaign Manager, Facebook Attribution, Adobe Analytics, or similar measurement tools
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, event-based measurement, & marketing data analysis
- Ability to work with large datasets, interpret data, & present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex measurement concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
- Understanding of server-to-server tracking, consent mode, & enhanced conversions
How youll make an impact:
As a Measurement Specialist, youll bring value by:
- Pitching advertisers on measurement solutions, including server-side tracking, consent management, & first-party data strategies.
- Developing & implementing measurement tactics to assess campaign effectiveness on Taboola, defining KPIs aligned with business objectives (e.g., ROI, ROAS, LTV).
- Analyzing campaign reports to generate clear, actionable insights & educate clients on advanced measurement tools like offline conversion tracking & predictive analysis.
- Collaborating with product, data science & engineering teams to implement new measurement methodologies that enhance tracking accuracy, & pitch clients on new capabilities.
- Assisting advertisers in integrating first-party data, API-based tracking, & predictive analytics into their measurement stack.
- Working with sales, AMs, & product marketing teams to develop a measurement-driven sales pitch.
- Serving as an internal expert on attribution & measurement methodologies, assisting teams in understanding how to position Taboolas value effectively.
- Managing end-to-end solution delivery for multiple projects, from requirement gathering & technical scoping to execution & performance analysis.
