As the Senior Manager of Growth Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for driving strategic priorities across the department to ensure our business achieves its financial targets. Your responsibilities will include managing a significant marketing budget, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement, creating & implementing strategies to optimize processes & workflows, & measuring the effectiveness of new initiatives. You will also work on special projects & provide support to senior leaders in the company. This position reports to the Associate Director of Growth Strategy & Operations.
You will
- Collaborate with various teams & stakeholders across the organization, such as Marketing, Brand, Product/Tech, & Finance
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth & expansion. (I.e. TAM)
- Develop & implement business strategies to achieve specific goals, such as increasing revenue or reducing costs
- Analyze data to identify trends & patterns that can inform business decisions. (e.g. Data Analysis, SQL, Excel Modeling etc.)
- Lead the execution of efficiency initiatives (e.g. metrics, goals, roadmaps).
- Orchestrate & steer growth across multiple channels & stakeholders, while managing a significant marketing budget
- Facilitate running the business (e.g., run business reviews, business planning, initiative tracking)
- Communicate performance updates & provide insightful data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership, based on strategic insights, analysis, etc.
- Develop & implement processes & workflows to increase efficiency
- Supporting cross-functional projects to ensure successful execution

- Skilled in analyzing large amounts of data, identifying trends, & drawing conclusions from that data. You should be comfortable working with data & be proficient in Excel & other data analysis tools
- Strategic & able to think critically about the company's goals & how to achieve them. You have a broad perspective & are able to see the big picture, but also able to logically explain why you are recommending a specific action

You have...
- Experience leading complex growth marketing strategic & operational initiatives across various functional domains & geographies.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations & build partnerships with executive leaders & their teams across HelloFresh.
- Ability to structure analysis & drive/execute data modeling & reporting initiatives.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, analysis, & written/verbal communication skills, with effective business acumen & attention to detail.
- MBA is preferred; a Master's degree in Marketing, Operations research, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Management Consulting, Growth Marketing Management, DTC Consumer Marketing, Digital Marketing.
- 4 years of experience in Marketing Media or Technology
