WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

BaubleBar is seeking a Design Support & Assembly Associate to join our team in the NJDC warehouse. This is a hands-on, in-person role supporting the design & production process. Were looking for a detail-oriented, creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment & is excited to work with design software, tools, & machines to bring ideas to life.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

• Support the design & sampling process for jewelry & accessories
• Create design mock-ups using Adobe Creative Suite & CAD software
• Operate the laser cutter machine for acrylic cutting & prototyping
• Assist with jewelry bench work, including assembly, repairs, & finishing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Ops, Production) to ensure design intent is executed
• Maintain an organized & safe workspace while managing multiple projects
• Second shift availability (evenings) is ideal but will consider first shift

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with CAD software (Rhino, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Comfort working with laser cutting machines (acrylic preferred)
• Jewelry bench or metalworking experience is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail & ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on approach, willingness to learn, & team-oriented mindset
• Must be able to work on-site at the NJDC warehouse
• Availability required during Black FridayCyber Monday weekend
• English proficiency (written & verbal) is required

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Starting hourly range for this role is $18.00-$21.00. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background, & years of relevant experience
• This role will begin as a seasonal position, with the potential to transition into a regular employment opportunity for the right candidate
