We are looking for a Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share by designing & implementing features that engage users & motivate them to adopt healthier habits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a fun, engaging, & customized experience for a diverse, new user base. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a product from the ground up, leveraging gamification elements to enhance user interaction.

What Youll Be Doing

• Building & refining a Freemium product experience that captures new users & drives engagement.
• Enhancing user engagement for both Freemium & paid users by creating a fun, motivating program.
• Driving the integration of gamification features such as streaks, challenges, milestone celebrations, & in-app rewards to create a motivating user experience.
• Setting & championing the relative prioritization of projects on your teams roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader strategic priorities
• Partnering with a dedicated team of developers to communicate product specs, oversee feature builds, & ensure timely releases
• Working with other teams, like user research & design, to develop & refine product experiences that resonate with users & drive results.
• Running experiments & monitoring the performance of new features to assess effectiveness & identify opportunities for iteration.
• Monitoring market trends to inform product positioning & messaging.

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years of product management experience, with a clear record of successful delivery & impact.
• A big plus if youve built consumer-facing products real people love to use every day
• Strong background in engagement & gamification features (e.g., streaks, in-app currency, milestone celebrations, rewards). 
• Previous experience at companies known for gamification is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively about how to make features engaging & fun for users.
• Builder type experience at a prior startup, or 0-1 product experience.
• Comfortability working in a high degree of ambiguity & driving complex projects with a large number of stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, & make data-driven decisions.
• Scrappy (execution & outcome-focused), curious & teachable.

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $149,000-$201,000.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role & level. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
