We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth & success of our CLEAR Verified product by developing compelling content that equips our sales teams to engage, educate, & close deals with prospective customers. As part of the B2B Marketing team, you will work cross functionally with Product, Business Development, & Design teams to drive revenue & empower our sales team presence.
What you'll do:

- Develop Sales Enablement Content: Create & maintain high-impact sales enablement content, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, product demos, battle cards, & competitive analysis materials to support sales reps in their engagements.
- Content Calendar & Execution: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, & Sales to align content with business goals. Ensure content is optimized for various sales stages, from prospecting to closing
- Onboarding & Training Materials: Develop & maintain training materials for new hires & existing sales reps, ensuring they are fully equipped to position & sell CLEAR Verified effectively
- Content Updates & Maintenance: Continuously update & refine sales content to reflect product updates, new customer success stories, & market trends
- Sales Enablement Tools: Leverage sales enablement platforms & tools to manage, distribute, & track content usage & effectiveness
- Measure Effectiveness: Track the performance of sales content, gather feedback from the sales team, & continuously improve content based on insights & results
- Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between sales & other departments, ensuring the sales teams needs are communicated & addressed in the content creation process
How you'll measure success:

- Measure content usage, engagement, & its impact on deal progression, win rates, & sales velocity. Track the effectiveness of training materials by assessing time-to-productivity for the sales team
- Ensure timely creation & updates of sales materials, maintaining alignment with product launches, customer insights, & competitive positioning
- Monitor adoption & engagement with sales enablement platforms to optimize content accessibility & usability for the sales team
- Evaluate how sales enablement content influences pipeline growth, sales cycle efficiency, & overall revenue impact
What you're great at:
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or content marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology companies. B2B experience is required
- Highly skilled & effective writer & communicator with an incredible eye for detail, as this role will be responsible for generating high-quality, high-impact content
- Proven ability to create clear, concise, & compelling sales content across various formats (slides, documents, videos, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle & experience creating content for complex, consultative sales environments
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools & CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track content usage & performance
- Strong ability to measure content effectiveness, gather insights, & optimize content to improve sales performance
- Strong project manager with the ability to stay extremely organized & coordinate efforts across multiple teams & priorities
- Candidates must be prepared to share several examples of copywriting/content across various formats

The base salary range for this role is $105,000-$120,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
