We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to establish the product strategy & execution within our Healthcare vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for extending the functionality of CLEARs Identity platform into the Healthcare & other verticals through integrations, addressing product gaps, & broadening its surface area to adjacent areas.
Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data & customer insights to identify opportunities to own the product roadmap & ensure tight alignment with respect to vision, strategy, priorities & outcomes. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of health systems & a passion for improving the member experience.
What you'll do:

Define CLEARs Healthcare product strategy & roadmap, focusing on integration opportunities, working backward from the member & partner experience, & ensuring compliance with healthcare-specific standards like HIPAA

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Member Care, Security, & Legal to drive a shared vision & accelerate product development

Conduct user research & gather feedback to identify pain points & opportunities to improve the member experience

Design & execute A/B tests & other experiments to optimize the user journey

Stay informed about industry trends & emerging technologies to inform product development
How you'll measure success:

Drive continuous improvement using data & information from teams to identify issues & ways to improve

Own roadmap prioritization based on customer need, risk impact & strategic demands

Demonstrate leadership by mentoring colleagues, influencing internal stakeholders, & providing thought partnership
What you're great at:

5+ years of product management experience with a focus on health systems & technical integrations

Deep knowledge of healthcare systems & concepts such as PHI, HIPAA, EMRs, interoperability standards, identity verification, & secure data exchanges

Keen ability to story tell using data with experience using analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Heap) to assess performance

Deep understanding of member pain points with an ability to craft compelling value propositions

Strong critical thinking skills with a proven track record of identifying & addressing root causes of friction

Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly & effectively with both technical & non-technical audiences

Thrives working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities

Proficiency in understanding system architecture diagrams, identity standards like IAL2, & security best practices for sensitive healthcare data

The base salary range for this role is $175,000-$215,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
