HelloFresh is looking for a Manager to join our high-growth Reactivations team to help us deliver great customer experiences across multiple marketing channels & brands.

You will be responsible for optimizing customer engagement & leading how we design & execute mobile marketing campaigns across multiple brands to get back our former customers. You will have great internal partners to set you up for success.

Candidates must have a passion for mobile marketing & a strong analytical drive. You must be able to independently solve marketing problems, work within our tech stack, support the growth of more junior team members, develop cross-functional relationships, & adapt to the needs of the business to exceed set goals. Attention to detail, quality of work, & agility are all integral to success.

You will...

  • Manage & optimize the development of the strategy -- but also the hands-on creation -- of new mobile marketing programs that support the growth & diversification of our customer experience (key channels: mobile, app, SMS).
  • Drive testing to gain brand, channel, & customer-level insights to improve program efficiency through better customer engagement (and allocation of marketing spend, where applicable). 
  • Increase the sophistication of our program through an understanding & implementation of industry best practices, trends, new technologies, automation, & regular/iterative testing.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams & international counterparts to improve customer experience. Think critically about what is right for the customer, develop new projects & figure out how to implement. Key partners: marketing automation, pricing, data, analytics, creative & physical / tech product teams.
  • Proactively monitor performance across channels, brands & segments. Implement plans to close gaps & increase growth. Focus KPIs: Reactivation Rate, CLV, Campaign ROI. Balancing short-term needs with long-term improvements will be integral. 

You are...

  • A person with a passion for mobile marketing & exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experienced & comfortable with reporting & analyzing data to understand what is impacting the business & how to improve
  • Ready to collaborate with relevant teams & people of all levels, with strong interpersonal skills to explain complex topics with ease
  • A scrappy team player, who will actively pitch in wherever necessary & is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Someone who wants to grow with us & elevate our marketing in an efficient, automated manner

You have...

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of business or marketing ideally
  • 4-6 years of professional experience, centered on CRM with heavy focus on mobile channels (push, SMS), the underlying data & the systems/tools that support CRM.
  • Major pluses: experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or SQL, Tableau 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Experience managing complex projects from conceptualization to completion
  • Managed complex segmentation strategies & customer win-back programs
  • Strong understanding of customer experience frameworks
