The Facilities Operations Specialist (Infrastructure Property Development) plays a critical role in maintaining tools, resources, & organizational systems within the IPD department. This position provides comprehensive support to the Facilities Manager, Real Estate Directors, Brand Operations Manager, & the VP of Airport Affairs. The Facilities Operations Specialist will oversee existing systems, support operational & capital projects, & contribute to the efficient functioning of IPD operations.
What you'll do:
- Establish & maintain relationships with key vendors, negotiate financially significant contracts, & oversee execution for leasehold improvements, breakroom infrastructure, & emergency maintenance
- Oversee budget tracking, vendor payments, & cost-saving initiatives to enhance financial efficiency within the IPD network
- Own the IPD Hub, ensuring up-to-date documentation, efficient workflows, & adherence to OSHA compliance & audit resolutions
- Conduct site assessments, define project scopes for national rollouts, & oversee implementation of infrastructure upgrades, branding installations, & facilities asset management
- Oversee & standardize pest control, cleaning, waste management, & emergency maintenance programs, ensuring swift issue resolution & long-term sustainability
- Conduct site surveys, recommend strategic facility improvements, & develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for new operational sites

The base salary range for this role is $75,000-$80,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
