The Role: Recruiting Sourcer

Kalshi is looking for a sharp, proactive Recruiting Sourcer to help fuel our next stage of growth. Youll be responsible for identifying & engaging top-tier talent across engineering, operations, growth, & more. Working closely with the Talent Lead, hiring managers, & the founders, youll be at the front lines of our recruiting efforts - building the candidate pipeline that powers our company.
This isnt a backseat sourcing role. Youll play a central part in shaping Kalshis team, working across all stages of early funnel development - from creative outreach strategies to talent mapping, inbound screening, & coordination. Youll help craft our narrative, elevate our bar, & ensure that every candidates first touchpoint with Kalshi reflects the ambition of what were building.
Your Responsibilities
- Source & engage top talent across multiple functions, with a strong focus on quality & speed
- Build & maintain pipelines of high-potential candidates both active & passive
- Partner with the Talent Lead & hiring managers to understand role needs & ideal candidate profiles
- Strategize & experiment with new sourcing methods & tools
Craft personalized outreach & represent Kalshis mission with clarity & enthusiasm
- Own initial screening calls & manage candidates through the early funnel
- Help optimize our sourcing processes & tools as we scale
