We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to manage marketing automation, execute campaigns, optimize processes, & measure outcomes. You will help influence the Marketing Operations roadmap & vision, & will make a significant impact as we embark on our next chapter as a public company.You will work with two other Marketing Operations Managers & support our internal Demand Generation & Sales teams.
Report on campaign outcomes such as MQLs generated, sales follow up, pipeline created, & closed won bookings
Be a strategic partner for driving the success for the EMEA Demand Generation team; attend pillar team meetings & strategize with the Marketing Operations team on best practices for campaign execution & driving outcomes
Establish scalable processes & workflows in HubSpot to ensure best practices for campaign execution, lead management, & efficient sales follow up
Work with Demand Generation on campaign creation, Web on implementing forms & UTM parameters, Sales Operations on lead handoff through Salesforce.com, & Business Systems on reporting needs
Explore data to find trends, identify potential data issues, monitor MQL progress, & spot areas of improvement for processes & data quality
Monitor reports to measure campaign outcomes in partnership with MOPS team to optimize performance
Field ad hoc requests from Demand Generation, troubleshoot data flow issues, refine Marketing Operations processes, standardize reporting with Sales Operations
At least 2 years of Marketing Operations experience; ideally in tech
Advanced experience working with marketing automation systems & CRMs
First-hand experience building a lead database & managing lead source tracking
An advanced understanding of the campaign management process, attribution & measurement, & marketing funnel management
Experience using data to drive actionable insights
Collaborated well with cross-functional partners & build relationships across teams
Comfortable presenting complex processes, recommendations, & data to audiences across team & organizational levels
Familiarity with platforms for hosting webinars & virtual events
