About the Job:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing, to run our social proof marketing program. In this role, youll oversee the strategy, results, & talented team responsible for our creator program. Performance-oriented: we want to leverage creator communities to drive customer acquisition & authentic storytelling. The ideal candidate understands how to build & operationalize creator networks at scale.  

What youll do:

• Develop & execute a robust creator strategy to drive new customer acquisition & brand awareness, achieving an efficient CAC & amplifying key brand messaging & moments. 
• Oversee outreach to & management of influencers, including intake experience, the application process, contract & deliverable management, & overall thoughtful social media program management. 
• Reverse engineer virality by originating influencer campaign concepts that earn shares beyond the paid spend.
• Implement a robust Test & Learn strategy to understand creator incentive & reward models & output requirements by creator tier. 
• Develop an operational plan to source thousands of new creators, grow the community nationally, & engage micro-communities across key markets, interests, & life stages.
• Build the overarching program infrastructure, including program brand identity & messaging, rules of engagement, toolkits, etc.
• Build a robust creator content pipeline to be leveraged across other channels & funnel touchpoints at scale (including. paid social, email, site. etc.).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate community features into Product roadmaps.
• Manage & mentor 3-5 high-performing individuals to achieve your teams goals. 

About you:

• Bachelors degree, M.B.A. preferred, with 6+ years of experience in growth marketing & managing a high-performing team.  
• Demonstrated success & extensive experience in building & growing successful influencer marketing programs with a performance-first approach.
• Growth-oriented & analytical; comfortable with modeling & key performance marketing metrics, incl. CAC, ROI, & LTV analysis. 
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Looker, & Google Analytics. SQL knowledge or other analytics & business intelligence tools are a plus. 
• Experience using influencer CRM tools is a plus.   
• Deep customer acquisition experience in a digital brand in a fast-growth environment & at scale. 
• No challenge is too big or small. Youre an executor & can go deep into the details, but equally able to drive big-picture strategy.
• Possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset, empathy, & dedication to great consumer experiences.
• Collaborate well across teams in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• You have exceptional written & communication skills & can keep large teams aligned & informed.
• You keep up to date on the latest marketing tech developments, platform innovations, & industry trends.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $115,000 to $144,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications, or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
