Magnet Media is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to oversee all of Magnet Media's hiring efforts. This position reports to the SVP of Accounts & Operations, & will lead the process of hiring full-time employees as well as building a network of preferred freelancers. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, dynamic, organized, self-starter with experience in Recruiting to work in a fast paced environment on various projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs & build a seamless interview process that helps us bring the best candidates to our teams
  • Help initiate creative & scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
  • Concentrate on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each of your roles

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in an extremely fast-paced environment finding & hiring high quality talent.
  • Experience recruiting in or for Production/Digital agencies.
  • You have handled all phases of recruitmentsourcing, assessment, relationship building, networking, negotiation, etc.
  • Extremely organized & detail-oriented; able to multitask & prioritize a large volume of responsibilities & tasks in a fast paced, creative environment.
  • Ability to operate independently AND as part of a team.
  • Commitment to DEI & presenting underrepresented talent to hiring managers.
  • Excellent search & sourcing skills.
  • Genuine interest in people their experiences, stories, & motivations.
  • World class listening skills, & high EQ.
  • High-integrity, natural salesmanship skills.
  • A passion for team-building, & for supporting career growth.
  • Goal-oriented, works well under pressure. A gifted multi-tasker.
  • Experience with Greenhouse software is a plus.
