Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate Director to join our Business Strategy & Operations team.

This role will be responsible for driving the strategy & implementation for key strategic initiatives in InsureCo. The primary responsibility for this role would be to set the overall department strategy & deploy tactics that allow us to enhance our overall program value.
You will report to the VP, Business Strategy & Operations.

If you live within commutable distance to our New York City office ( in Hudson Square), you will be expected to come into the office at least two days each week.
This is a hybrid role. You will work part of the time in the New York City office & part of the time work-from-home/remote. #LI-Hybrid
The base pay for this role in the states of Connecticut, New Jersey, & New York is: $158,400 - $207,900 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscars unlimited vacation program, & annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency:
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, & experience.
