Warby Parker is on the lookout for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology team & help us improve, maintain, & support our financial systems. In this role, youll work with our Accounting & Financial Planning teams to deliver on financial components as well as collaborate with technical engineers to build out integrations, & more.

What youll do:

Tailor financial applications to meet our specific business needs through meticulous configuration (Think: mapping business processes to system functionalities & optimizing configurations for maximum efficiency)
Actively optimize & enhance our systems to align with evolving business needs & industry best practicesthis includes staying up-to-date with best practices to help drive operational excellence
Own the documentation of configurations, customizations, & processes, along with providing comprehensive training & support to end users
Guide end-to-end projects specifically in Finance & Accounting, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems & processes
Proactively identify performance bottlenecks & implement solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, & reliability with the goal of ensuring smooth operations, even under peak loads

Who you are:

Backed by 3+ years of experience leading, implementing, & supporting business systems, from close & consolidation to payables & receivables
Versed in key business processes like Record to Report, Consolidation & Close, & Financial Statements, with familiarity in best practices as well as controls & compliance
Skilled at diagnosing & resolving complex issues encountered during implementations or post-implementation support, analyzing root causes & implementing corrective actions swiftly
An effective communicator & collaborator, ensuring alignment of objectives & deliverables with all stakeholders, including business users, the Technology team, & external vendors
Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

Experienced in ERP implementation spanning finance & supply chain, preferably with cloud-based systems as offered by companies like Oracle
Project Management experience owning everything from project planning to status reporting
Enough familiarity with the technical & architectural aspects of ERPs & Middleware to communicate effectively with engineers
