About the Role

Noom Health is looking for a Client Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operations that keep our health plan & channel partner programs running smoothly. Youll turn complexity into clarity so our partners (and their members) have a seamless experience from launch through renewal. Youll be the connective tissue between Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, & external stakeholdersbuilding repeatable processes, safeguarding data flows, & jumping in when something goes sideways. 

You Will

  • Manage partner operations Oversee & optimize the full lifecycle of operational workflows for assigned health plans & strategic partnership clients, serving as the primary operational point of contact for both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Stand up & maintain eligibility operations Scope partner-specific requirements, define file cadences & connection methods (SFTP, API, etc.), lead user-acceptance testing & pre-launch validation, monitor files post-go-live, & support changes & updates.
  • Serve as the claims-billing operations liaison Support system setup with our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, track & report on denials & CPT code patterns, & troubleshoot issues with our claims vendor & plan stakeholders.
  • Lead marketing file workflows Scope & implement partner-specific email processes & build launch toolkits so campaigns hit the right members at the right time.
  • Manage client escalations & inquiries Act as the primary bridge between Customer Support & Account Management when eligibility, data or billing issues arise; Develop SOPs & escalation protocols to ensure rapid & consistent handling of member & partner concerns.
  • Own reporting infrastructure Set reporting standards, automate data feeds, & support development of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with performance data & actionable insights; Track & report on SLAs.
  • Create & maintain technical & process documentation Own documentation for implementation checklists, file specs, protocols, & SOPs; Codify best practices & identify areas for continuous improvement.

About You

Youre a process-obsessed operator who loves partnering across functions to make messy problems disappear. You balance strategic thinking with an eye for the tiniest data discrepancy, & youre comfortable translating technical jargon for non-technical audiences. Most importantly, you thrive in an environment where priorities shift quickly & success is measured in partner satisfaction & operational uptime.

You Have

  • 5+ years in client operations, implementation, or revenue operationsideally with health plans or digital-health partnerships
  • Proven experience managing eligibility feeds, EDI/API integrations, or other healthcare data pipelines
  • Working knowledge of claims billing or RCM processes & related compliance requirements
  • Fluency in Excel/Sheets plus a BI or visualization tool (Looker/Tableau) to build & automate reporting
  • Strong project-management chopsyouve run UAT cycles, maintained RAID logs, & can juggle multiple go-live timelines
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication; you can create crisp SOPs & influence cross-functional teams without authority
    A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, & a passion for improving population health through tech-enabled solutions

Compensation Details 

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,000 - $124,000.
    • The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. 
  • Noom currently offers a comprehensive & generous total rewards package. This package generally includes discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare & retirement benefits, paid holidays, paid time off, disability benefits & various wellness programs, etc.
