About the Role

Were hiring a Social Media & Digital Content Manager to lead & create digital content that connects with security leaders: CISOs, SOC teams, GRC leaders, & vendor risk professionals. Youll manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, & YouTube with a focus on elevating the brand in the cybersecurity industry.

This is a content-first role. You will produce webinars, podcasts, videos, & short-form social clips tailored to the cybersecurity audience. Youll own execution from planning through publishing, while managing the social calendar & writing the copy that goes with it.

Youll work closely with subject matter experts, executives, & product marketers. Were looking for someone who can keep pace with a fast-moving team & translate technical topics into engaging digital content.

What Youll Do

Webinars & Virtual Events

• Lead the planning & execution of live & on-demand webinars, working with campaign & demand gen leads
• Coordinate speakers, prep talking points, manage tech setup, & moderate when needed
• Own follow-up content strategyclips, emails, sales alerts, & summaries
• Track performance & identify opportunities to improve registration & engagement

Digital Content Creation

• Produce short-form videos, reels, audiograms, & other multimedia for cybersecurity topics
• Develop content for podcastsguest outreach, prep, recording, editing, & distribution
• Cut long-form webinars & recordings into clips for social & YouTube
• Write landing page copy, invites, post captions, & light video scripting
• Keep all creative aligned with brand tone & voice

Social Media Management

• Own the social media calendar & daily posting schedule
• Create & schedule platform-specific content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, & YouTube
• Support executive visibility with thought leadership content & post coordination
• Monitor performance & apply insights to improve engagement

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work with product marketing, comms, & design on shared content planning
• Manage content timelines & workflows for video, webinars, & social
• Write prep briefs for speakers & coach internal SMEs for camera-readiness
• Attend weekly planning meetings in our Midtown Manhattan office

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in webinars, social media, digital content creation at a B2B tech or SaaS company, Cyber security a plus.
• You know how to speak through brand storytelling & are creative
• Strong portfolio of work across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, or X
• Confident writing short-form copy & adapting tone per platform
• Skilled in tools like Descript, StreamYard, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or Figma, BrightTalk is a plus. 
• Experience producing, hosting & managing webinars, podcasts, or video events
• Knowledge of podcast platforms
• Comfortable briefing executives & coaching subject matter experts on-camera
• Knowledgeable with paid social & basic analytics
• Strong visual sense with ability to design or guide design
• Comfort working with subject matter experts in cybersecurity.
• Ability to map content to personas like CISOs, SOC leads, GRC & vendor risk teams
• Positive team player who enjoys collaborating & learning from others
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment 
• Based in NYC

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications & experience, & may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards & equity, among other company benefits.
