We are seeking a strategic & results-driven Head of Revenue Operations to lead & optimize our revenue-generating processes on a global scale. This role is critical in driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, & Finance, ensuring scalable growth & operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical rigor, operational expertise, & leadership to shape & execute our revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop & execute a comprehensive Revenue Operations strategy to drive predictable revenue growth.

Align revenue processes across global teams, ensuring consistency & scalability.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee the design, implementation, & management of end-to-end processes & systems for Sales, Marketing, & Customer Success teams.

Ensure data integrity & accuracy across CRM, marketing automation, & other revenue tools.

Analytics & Reporting:

Establish & maintain a robust analytics framework to track key performance metrics, including pipeline health, forecasting, & churn rates.

Deliver actionable insights to the leadership team, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Revenue Enablement:

Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to optimize lead-to-revenue processes, including demand generation, lead scoring, & pipeline management.

Implement enablement programs to equip teams with tools, training, & best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as a central point of coordination among Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, & Finance to ensure seamless communication & execution of revenue strategies.

Collaborate with Product teams to align on pricing strategies & product launches.

Technology Management:

Own the revenue tech stack, driving efficiency & adoption of tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms.

Evaluate & implement new technologies to enhance performance & scalability.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

Proven track record of scaling revenue operations in a global, high-growth company.

Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) & marketing automation tools.

Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, & performance tracking.

Exceptional leadership & communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, & LTV.

Proficiency in designing & implementing scalable processes & workflows.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution.

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
The NYC salary range for this role is currently $215,000 - $300,000.
Variable compensation: This role will be paid on an 80/20 split.
