Squarespace is in search of a Media Strategist to join our team & elevate our presence across our Affiliate & Podcast programs. You will work across both teams with a focus on our Websites & Acuity products. We are seeking someone who is data-driven & enthusiastic about paid acquisition strategies.

You will work hybrid in our New York City office & report to the Media Manager.

You'll Get To

• Propose strategies, identify opportunities for optimization, & suggest process enhancements for our Affiliate & Podcast programs
• Assist with Affiliate publisher & Podcast network communications & campaign management by providing feedback, coordinating the delivery of creative assets, & addressing inquiries
• Collaborate with key external partners to foster transparency, creative optimization, & drive business impact.
• Track weekly performance data to support the team's analysis, ensuring accuracy & resolving any data inconsistencies
• Help expand our Affiliate program (for Acuity) & Podcast by overseeing new launches, contracting new shows & partners, onboarding talent, managing invoicing, & other key functions of program expansion.
• Monitor Podcast competitor presence, driving optimizations for audio spot creative & flagging contract terms to partners; validate partner adherence to exclusivity agreements through monitoring competitive separation reports

Who We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, or a similar role
• Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently; autonomous but able to identify when to escalate more complex issues
• Comfortable working with data, marketing KPIs, & various data management tools
• Familiarity with influencer marketing & affiliate programs is advantageous
• Moderate proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, Impact Tech, Ironclad, or Coupa

Cash Compensation Range: $70,500 - $113,850 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
