Nooms FP&A team drives growth through rigorous, data-driven analysis & close partnership across the business. The teams work spans nearly every aspect of Noomfrom supporting weekly planning & forecasting processes to sizing new product opportunities & evaluating strategic initiatives. We prioritize automation & scalable tools to reduce manual work, allowing the team to focus on deep analysis, clear storytelling, & delivering insights that support fast, informed decision-making across the organization.

About the Role

Were hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support executive reporting, financial modeling, & business decision-making across both revenue & cost areas of the business. This role will flex across subscriber, revenue, gross profit, & OPEX forecasting, depending on business needs & candidate strengths. 

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Product, & Data, making it ideal for someone with a background in investment banking, corporate finance, or high-impact FP&A. Youll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities move quickly & expectations are high. Youll go beyond reporting numberstranslating financial data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy & execution.

You Will

  • Build & maintain sophisticated financial models to support:
    • Subscriber, revenue, & gross profit forecasting
    • OPEX forecasting & variance analysis across departments
    • Strategic initiatives such as pricing changes, new product launches, market expansion, & potential M&A
  • Own monthly close & forecast processes for assigned areas, including:
    • Detailed variance analysis versus plan & prior periods
    • Executive-ready presentations explaining performance drivers
  • Partner closely with Accounting & Treasury to ensure accurate forecasting, monthly actuals, balance sheet projections, cash flow visibility, & working capital management
  • Support the development & ongoing management of Lifetime Value (LTV) calculations across products
  • Drive FP&A process improvements, identifying opportunities to automate reporting & enhance analytical capabilities
  • Analyze large datasets to extract insights & deliver recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
  • Manage & support expense approval processes (e.g., Tropic), as applicable
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to evaluate business opportunities & support time-sensitive decision-making

About You

Youre analytical, detail-oriented, & comfortable operating in a fast-moving, results-driven environment. You take ownership of your work, review your own outputs carefully, & are willing to push when needed to deliver high-quality results.

You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, FP&A, or Corporate Finance, ideally within a DTC or subscription-based business
  • Deep financial modeling expertise in Excel, including forecasting, valuation, & scenario analysis 
  • Experience building & working with forecasting & valuation models, including three-statement models & DCFs
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights to senior executives (PowerPoint required; Google Slides can be learned)
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides, Adaptive, Tableau, & Looker (Mixpanel or Alteryx a plus)
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, & a bias toward execution in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Experience with M&A or strategic finance is a plus, but not required

Compensation Package

  • The US annual base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000-$117,000
    • This range reflects the minimum & maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & location, among others. 
  • Other elements of Nooms Compensation Package
    • Noom offers a comprehensive & generous total rewards package. This may include a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare (featuring a plan with premiums covered by Noom), paid holidays & paid leave (including Summer Fridays), 401k program, & various cash stipends & budgets for employees (wellness, tech, learning & development, etc).
