Warby Parker is looking for an experienced Director of Compensation to join our Total Rewards team. The person in this role will play a critical part in managing all of our company-wide compensation programs & People data analytics. What youll do:
- Manage, design, & share information on all aspects of our compensation programsincluding salary & incentive plans, both short- & long-term
- Conduct ongoing compensation benchmarking & analysis to maintain competitive compensation practices while also considering internal equity
- Participate in compensation surveys & professional network groups
- Oversee the year-end review process for our Corporate, CX, Lab, & Retail divisions
- Play a critical role in our annual budget process & ongoing headcount planning
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to develop & maintain substantial analytics that drive business decisions
- Identify opportunities for automation & reduction of manual processes, & partner with teams across People, Finance, Legal & Tech to implement solutions
Who you are:
- Backed by 10+ years of professional experience in compensation & HR systems
- Extremely analytical & highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive & self-motivatedyou know how to get stuff done!
- A strong leader who's able to think strategically & motivate their team
- A clear, empathetic communicator who can build trusting relationships with managers, vendors, & other stakeholders
- Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
