About the Role:

The Implementations team at SecurityScorecard is responsible for providing a world-class onboarding experience for our customers.

The Director of Implementation Services will lead a team of Implementation Managers who are responsible for ensuring that our platform is configured to maximize the value for the Customer based on their needs & desired outcomes. You will be accountable for the success of your team & their customers. You will share your understanding of Implementation & Onboarding best practices, cybersecurity & of our products & services to ensure the team is delivering value, developing trust & expanding relationships with the customers under your care.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, develop & lead team of high-performing Implementation Managers who enable our customers to reach maximum value
• Serve as a confident subject matter expert as it relates to the SecurityScorecard platform & the cybersecurity & third-party risk management industries
• Create & maintain playbooks & SOPs for the Implementation team
• Perform SSC product(s) demonstrations to internal & customer audiences
• Continually research & learn about current & future SecurityScorecard products & services & propose configuration changes to maximize customer value & adoption
• Field client feedback & respond to reported issues, working closely with Product & Engineering teams to resolve
• Directly own strategic implementation projects as needed
• Serve as an escalation point for any critical implementation issues
• Responsible for ensuring SSCs portfolio of implementation projects are being completed successfully on time & within budget

What We Need you to have:

• 8+ years of relatable experience & background in Cyber Security or Technology roles
• Previous experience leading teams
• Literacy & knowledge of standard business operations & productivity software: MS Outlook/Word/Excel/Powerpoint, Salesforce, JIRA
• Excellent project management, communication, & presentation skills
• Self motivated, organized, & capable of interacting with C-Suite & technical personnel from client organizations.
• Leadership skills are a plus

What Wed like you to have:

• Experience successfully delivering B2B SaaS software implementations
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts & principles, including an understanding of  Third-Party Risk Management
• Deep understanding of industry challenges, trends, traditional & non-traditional competitive landscape, etc.
• Business or technical consulting experience for enterprise-level clients
• Knowledge of various software development & cloud technologies, including API concepts & Kafka data streams, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Java, Kibana
• The ability to create or run scripts in common programming languages, such as Python
