iCapital is looking to hire Vice President or Senior Vice President to join the Enterprise Solutions Structured Investment team. The ideal candidate will prospect new clients within the Wealth Management industry, specifically targeting Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), maintaining ongoing relationships with current clients, & provide support to the internal Enterprise Solutions team members. This is a technical role focused on the delivery & ongoing support of iCapitals full suite of technology solutions to the independent wealth channel. This individual will also be tasked with further refining our marketplace positioning & go-to-market strategy across our business lines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new & existing relationships with RIAs, aggregators, & independent wealth platforms.
  • Play a key role as the relationship manager for several strategic RIA clients.
  • Lead platform & system demonstrations for new prospects, lead responses to RFPs, & work collaboratively with internal & external cross-functional teams on iCapitals suite of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with other Relationship Managers, Sales teams, & senior executives across the company to drive tactical & strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy & business development.
  • Manage & lead internal projects & develop frameworks & processes for ongoing team management.
  • Provide direction & guidance to junior members of the team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a Business Development/Relationship Management capacity, with a focus on enterprise or technology sales
  • Strong knowledge of Structured Investments
  • Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms, specifically RIAs, is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strategic mindset & able to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to carry enterprise relationships with little to no oversight
  • Series 7 & 63 licenses is preferred

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $155,000 to $175,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
