Job Description:
The Sanitation Associate performs typical sanitation tasks to support the production team & the entire facility up to & including removing waste, debris & refuse, transporting empty boxes to compactors, monitoring outside of facility for waste & debris, sanitizing equipment & floors at end of shifts, cleaning & sanitizing tools & receptacles & other custodial functions as needed.
Shifts Available:
Friday to Monday - 7am to 5:30pm | Sunday to Wednesday 8:30pm to 7am | Wednesday to Saturday 8:30pm to 7am
You are...
Able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Responsible for cleaning & sanitation of all food production equipment & machinery. (I.E. Production machines, tables, mats, compost bins, sinks, drains, walls, & any surface that is scheduled for sanitation duties.)
- Responsible for cleaning & sanitizing all kitting & packing equipment & surfaces.
- Working in a temperature-controlled environment
- Regularly lifting & moving up to 25 pounds, & occasionally lifting & moving up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Understanding & adhering to all safety standards & requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience working in sanitation/janitorial preferred, however no experience necessary, you will receive training on your first day!.
