Critical Mass' Trailhead Internship Program is a 12-week jump-start to your career. Our Internship will run from May 21st - August 9th, 2024.

As a Strategy Intern, you will gain exposure & experience to understand how the Strategy team is responsible for delivering & supporting all service areas within the department & across multiple projects. This position will provide opportunities to participate in consumer & industry research, user experience planning, business requirements documentation, & web analytics.

You Will:

• Gain exposure & understanding to all different groups within the Strategy discipline at Critical Mass.
• Collaborate with other interns on a client & global intern project.
• Develop user journeys, creative briefs & other presentation deliverables in support of the intern project.
• Perform research that supports client projects, online competitive & best practice analyses.
• Find existing research related to specific industry verticals & companies.
• Gather consumer insight via primary & secondary research
• Provide assistance in the coordination, design & delivery of primary consumer research.
• Communicate research findings to project team members and, potentially clients.
• Create, distribute & present research overviews on customer experience topics or specific client industries.

You Have:

• Completed coursework in statistical or behavioural analysis, eBusiness or marketing sciences.
• Currently in your second or third year of a four-year degree program, or in the first year of a two-year degree program (open to Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism, Psychology, & Sociology)
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office & keynote.
• Demonstrate strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrate attention to detail while maintaining overall understanding of the big picture.
• A personal interest & curiosity in social/cultural/technology trends.
• A collaborative approach conducive to working in a cross-discipline team environment.

The salary range for this role, based in New York is $21 per hour (USD) & we continually review ranges to address skills, experience & markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but arent limited to, a candidates experience & skills relative to the scope & responsibilities of the position.
