About the Role

iCapital is seeking an AV Collaboration Engineer, who will report to the Vice President of Digital Workplace. The Digital Workplace team collaborates with internal stakeholders, peer technology groups, & third-party vendors to support iCapitals rapidly growing Corporate IT & AV footprint. This footprint spans physical locations in the US, Canada, Portugal, Switzerland, UK, Japan, Singapore, & Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• On-site Conference Room AV Support:
  • Install, configure, & troubleshoot audiovisual equipment in conference rooms, collaboration spaces, & multipurpose training rooms.
  • Ensure optimal functionality of displays, microphones, cameras, & other AV components.
• End User, Client, & Executive Meetings:
  • Ensure flawless technology experiences during meetings for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with facilities & events teams to set up AV equipment for meetings, presentations, & internal/external events.
  • Support executive team & administrative staff & resolve technical issues during critical meetings & client-facing events.
• Digital Signage Management:
  • Manage digital signage displays across the organization.
  • Update & distribute content for digital displays.
  • Monitor & address any technical issues related to digital signage & IPTV.
• Microsoft Teams & Zoom Enterprise Support:
  • Assist users with Microsoft Teams & Zoom setup, configuration, & troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for virtual meetings, screen sharing, & collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot audio/video issues during Teams & Zoom calls.
• Collaboration:
  • Support other collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Atlassian, & 1Password) as needed.
  • Train end-users on efficient use of collaboration platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the iCapital Corporate Technology teams to ensure smooth service operations & delivery of cross-functional enterprisewide solutions.
  • Work with vendors for equipment & service procurement, repairs, & warranty support.
• User Support & Training:
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing user inquiries & technical issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on Digital Workplace technologies.
  • Document solutions & provide guidance on best practices for virtual meetings, screen sharing, & collaboration tools.
• Technology Upgrades & Maintenance:
  • Stay informed about industry trends & emerging technologies.
  • Assist in evaluating & implementing upgrades to existing systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability, including daily walkthroughs & issue escalation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience executing the delivery of audiovisual services with integrated systems, digital signage, & equipment for conference rooms
• Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related certifications (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of Neat & Poly AV systems
• Strong knowledge of Zoom Enterprise platform administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Room Resources & MS Teams administration
• Experience with macOS, iOS, Windows, & Android endpoints
• Desire to explore & learn new technologies to enhance the conferencing experience
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, enabling effective communication with senior business users & teams to deliver solutions
• Strong problem-solving abilities & the ability to work independently
• Capability to identify gaps in existing digital workplace infrastructure & execute remediation plans
• Customer service skills & experience providing white glove support
• Attention to detail, especially while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Okta Single Sign-On Administration is a plus
• Azure MFA Administration is a plus
• PowerShell scripting experience is a plus
• Telecommunications experience (Genesys & MS Teams VOIP) is a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
