Job Description: We are hiring a Sr Planner for our new FSQ Labor Planning team. This role will lead daily, weekly, & monthly planning activities for FSQ teams across three models, four brands, & ~9 locations. This individual will lead, support, & execute on opportunities to improve the planning process & reduce spend. This role will build & maintain relationships with FSQ, operations, planning, & HR. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast paced environment, enjoys problem solving, & rolls up their sleeves to get to the best solution. You will ... Forecast labor planning needs, taking into account forecast volume, productivity & staffing assumptions Assist in the development, maintenance, & improvements of Labor Forecasting tools Lead weekly meeting with FSQ, HR & Operations across all sites to drive labor demand consensus, identifying all relevant assumptions (Labor S&OP). Communicate rolling 6 weeks labor forecast at weekly basis Assess risks & come up with solutions to mitigate risks Generate reports, tracking labor planning effectiveness, identifying opportunities & do improvements Provide updates to company leaders when necessary Uphold a high standard of customer service through real-time monitoring & other methods
You are / have ... Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/ Supply Chain is preferred 2 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning is preferred Strong ownership Effective communication skills Experience with, & ability to lead S&OP meetings Strong project management & continuous improvement skills Proven ability to quickly adapt & drive the right results using data Entrepreneurial, self-directed & resourceful. You thrive in a highly dynamic & unstructured environment but understand the value of adding structure & process. You dont require a lot of direction. Excitement for working in a start-up environment with high level of ambiguity & change Highest levels of integrity & ethics
