**This role will be expected to work out of our NYC office in a hybrid capacity**
VaynerSpeakers wants you to be our next great agent. Learn best practices from seasoned sales professionals on how to represent talent, manage deal flow, & create an active sales pipeline. This opportunity is for the person who wants to invest in themselves & follow their entrepreneurial spirit. We seek an energetic & outgoing person with an eagerness to learn. Youll focus on aiding our active sales efforts, understanding our current business strategy, & we will provide you with all of the tools, knowledge & resources to become a great agent working on your own sales pipeline with unlimited potential.
Responsibilities:
- Source & compile information on speakers in a consistent & accurate manner
- Research events & potential buyers
- Maintain our database of deals, speakers & buyers, with up to date & accurate information, constantly updating with new information over time
- Protect proprietary information about each specific deal
- Manage an active deal flow of contracts
- Coordinate with our marketing team to create custom sales pitches
- Perform ad hoc requests & projects as needed
- Administrative tasks including, but not limited to managing schedules, meetings & conference rooms
The ideal candidate has:
- An interest in a long term career in sales

- Ability to multitask & work quickly under pressure
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ethics & integrity
- Experience that demonstrates the ability to multitask & constantly reprioritize
- Familiarity with G Suite
- Experience in the events, hospitality, or travel industry

- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, & location.
- Base Salary $55,000-60,000
