We are seeking a data-driven digital leader to elevate our website performance and product-led growth (PLG) strategies. This role combines expertise in website experience optimization with product-led growth methodologies to drive customer acquisition, activation, conversion, & retention. You will lead cross-functional teams to create seamless, high-converting digital experiences & scalable PLG initiatives that align with business goals & enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Experience & Optimization:
- Create, maintain, & implement a website roadmap aimed at improving performance & creating high-converting customer journeys.
- Use qualitative & quantitative data to identify optimization opportunities for enhancing website conversion rates.
- Partner with marketing, product, engineering, & operations teams to develop & launch new website content & features.
- Lead A/B testing programs, from hypothesis development to implementation & analysis, to optimize website content & user experiences.
- Develop & implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase web traffic, & enhance visibility.
- Oversee the continued enhancement of the Content Management System (CMS) functionality in collaboration with engineering teams.
Product-Led Growth:
- Develop & execute a PLG strategy as part of a broader hybrid go-to-market (GTM) motion to drive customer acquisition, activation, conversion, upsell, & retention.
- Formulate, test, & optimize pricing & packaging strategies to drive in-product conversion.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize & execute PLG initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product, UX, & engineering teams to identify & prioritize features that enhance customer acquisition, activation, & conversion.
- Partner with marketing, sales, & customer success teams to align campaigns with customer acquisition & retention objectives.
- Analyze user behavior & customer feedback to develop data-driven hypotheses for improving product adoption & engagement.
- Measure & optimize PLG initiatives through continuous testing & data analysis.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage & mentor a small team focused on SEO, CRO, & PLG priorities.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to align website & product strategies with overarching business goals.
- Leverage analytics to report performance metrics, surface opportunities, & provide insights to senior leadership.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, & resources to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or product management roles, with significant exposure to B2B SaaS environments & hybrid GTM motions.
- Proven track record of developing & executing successful website content strategies & PLG initiatives.
- Expertise in SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), web analytics, growth marketing, & product-led strategies.
- Strong understanding of self-service customer acquisition, in-product activation, onboarding, & upsell/cross-sell strategies.
- Experience designing & executing A/B & multivariate tests using tools like Optimizely.
- Proficiency with PLG tech stacks, including tools like Heap, Pendo, Intercom, Marketo, & customer data platforms.
- Demonstrated success in improving product adoption & retention through data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, collaboration, & communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions & teams.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, computer science/technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Experience with website technologies, digital marketing, & CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity) is a plus.

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $150,000 - $210,000. Actual base salary offered may vary within this range based on education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, & geographic location, among other factors. The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors.
Variable compensation: In addition to the base salary, this role is also eligible for a 20% corporate bonus.
