About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a talented & driven Investment Product Development professional with a focus on the semi-liquid structures to support its expansion strategy. This newly created role sits within the Investment Solutions department, which is responsible for new product development, due diligence, independent investment management, education, & investment product management. This individual will help manage the development of various investment vehicles focusing on private markets, especially those targeting the mass high net worth market.  This team stands at the heart of iCapitals growth into new markets & new fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Support & lead new investment product projects & work across the company to ensure on-time & successful completion.
• Work with key internal & external clients, both asset managers & wealth managers, to help structure & launch products that support iCapitals growth initiatives.
• Oversee & support the preparation of various legal & marketing materials needed to bring new products to market.
• Support or lead processes related to adding new funds, new investment products, or new product lines to the platform & build procedures related to these funds within the iCapital ecosystem.
• Leverage experience to help shape iCapitals service offerings across multiple fund structures.
• Prepare presentations, memos, & forms for various new product committees.
• Assist in ad hoc fund launch activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, business, or another related field
• 10+ years of product structuring experience with exposure to fund development, fund management or investment product structuring
• Experience in alternative investments, registered funds, SMAs, or private investment structures is required
• Able to handle multiple tasks & prioritize assignments
• Detail-oriented, self-starter that can work within tight deadlines
• A desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to learn & adapt to new responsibilities with positive attitude
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $200,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
