About Wealth Managers at iCapital:  

iCapital is seeking an intern to join the Wealth Managers team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Wealth Management industry, specifically focusing on Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the development of new client relationships, maintaining existing connections, & providing valuable assistance to the internal Enterprise Solutions department 

In your internship, as part of the Wealth Managers team, some areas of responsibility may include:

1. Client Relationship Development:

• Assist in the development & maintenance of relationships with RIAs, aggregators, & independent wealth platforms; support team as needed, providing feedback for continuous improvement. 

 2. Technology Solutions Support:

• Actively participate in platform & system demonstrations for prospective clients. 
• Contribute to the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accuracy.  

 3.Collaboration & Business Development:

• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, sales teams, & executives to understand market trends & contribute insights to the development of sales strategies. 
• Assist in the identification of business development opportunities. 

 4. Project Management:

• Contribute to the development & improvement of frameworks & processes for effective team management, fostering a culture of efficiency & collaboration. 

The ideal candidate: 

• Highly inquisitive, collaborative, & a creative problem solver 
• Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets 
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Able to adapt to new responsibilities & manage competing priorities
• Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelors degree program
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $35.00/hour + relocation stipend & transportation stipend
