Warby Parker is on the lookout for a driven performance marketing specialist to join our team as an Associate Manager. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who  will have expertise in offline marketing channels including direct mail, as they will be responsible for planning, executing, & optimizing direct mail media. They will also play a key role in driving performance & executing strategy across various marketing channels, including linear TV, streaming, online video, podcasts, & more. What youll do:

• Reporting & Analysis: Create & present detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights & recommendations based on data
• Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to identify & address needs related to direct mail & other offline marketing initiatives 
• Creative Briefs: Develop clear & actionable creative briefs, collaborating with internal teams & agencies to ensure alignment with campaign goals
• Project Management: Oversee campaign execution, manage timelines, & coordinate with creative teams, vendors, & mailing houses to ensure quality & budget adherence
• Strategy & Optimization: Support the development of marketing strategies & execute various types of testing, including A/B, incrementality, pulse, & creativealways working to refine tactics based on performance data insights
• Agency Management: Help maintain clear direction & manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with our marketing strategies & objectives

Who you are:

• Backed by 3+ years of experience in performance backed marketing and/or campaign management 
• A result-focused, detailed-oriented thinker whos equal parts creative & analytical
• Someone with excellent communication & organizational skills, both in written & verbal forms
• A quick learner who can swiftly, accurately, & efficiently analyze data, & intelligently tell a story based on the information
• A proactive problem solver with experience in business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker) & spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel)
• Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously & working cross functionally across both internal & external teams
• Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
