Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Network Coordinator role to join our Business Operations team.

About the role

The Network Coordinator supports membership growth & management. This is done by supporting the execution of the local network strategy & ensuring providers across our service area have the information & support the need to provide the best member care & guide quality outcomes.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Network Contracting.

This is a hybrid role in our New York office. You will work part of the time in the office & part of the time remote / work-from-home. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $$27.31-$35.84 per.hour You are also eligible for employee benefits, monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year and.

Responsibilities

  • Assist & cross collaborates on problem definition, acute error remediation, & root cause solution development
  • Develops trusting relationships with relevant internal/external stakeholders through effective communication & collaboration
  • Collaborate with senior team members to address provider inquiries & resolve issues related to contracts & services
  • Document provider feedback & concerns to contribute to the improvement of processes & communication materials
  • Compliance with all applicable laws & regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, or 1+ years healthcare or healthcare related field.
  • 1+ years of work experience in finance, performance management, operations, consulting, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience with Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), & Powerpoint (or Google suite equivalent).
  • 1+ years of experience in a client facing or customer support capacity.

Pay Transparency:  Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, & experience.
