CLEAR is replacing the clipboard with a single, universal identity in healthcare. In this role you will drive business/revenue growth for CLEAR's Healthcare vertical. You will establish & expand strategic partnerships/deals with healthcare clients who are looking for unique identity solutions
What you'll do:
- Apply a tenacious approach to pursuing new markets, creating & bringing clients through a full sales pipeline, & overcoming customer concerns
- Manage day-to-day business development & relationships with healthcare clients (health systems, health plans, digital health, etc.).
- Manage existing pipeline during your first 90 days & beginning to build your own pipeline after 90 days
- Partner cross-functionally internally with Product, Enablement & Growth, Legal, Security to align business requirements with existing/future capabilities
- Conduct research, deliver competitive intelligence on healthcare business trends, conduct capability needs/development, & support internal forecasting processes.
- Be a subject matter expert in CLEAR's existing products & future capabilities
- Manage prospective clients through the sales process & be the point-of-contact between internal & external partners
How you'll measure success:
- Attainment of revenue goals including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) & Total Contract Value (TCV)
- Development of sales strategies to capture new business
- Support of long term account growth measured by product upsells/expansion & customer retention
- Addition of new CLEAR members
- Successfully managing executive & management relationships at healthcare partners
- Regularly exhibiting CLEAR's values
What you're great at:
- 3+ years of healthcare experience
- Must have knowledge of healthcare industry, including strong relationships and/or ability to connect & influence healthcare leadership
- Tenacious & a strategic thinker while pursuing new markets & overcoming customer concerns
- Track record of success in developing & nurturing relationships throughout the organizational hierarchy, including senior executives, & have experience implementing & managing healthcare experiences
- You are a team player, with a collaborative & cooperative work style. You possess time-management & prioritization skills & are excited to roll-up your sleeves
- Strong communication skills & the ability to build & maintain strong cross functional relationships
- Highly organized & attentive to detail
- Willingness to travel as required (up to 50% of the time)

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
