Were looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead global commercial reporting & analytics for our Global Commercial Strategy team. The Senior Data Analyst will be the primary owner of the reports & dashboards that drive strategic decisions across pricing, sales, marketing, commercial strategy, & revenue optimization. This position is based in New York & follows a hybrid work model.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments & can transform raw data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

What Youll Do:

Reporting & Dashboard Ownership

• Build & maintain core commercial reports & dashboards across revenue pacing, booking trends, pricing performance, & sales funnel health
• Collaborate with data engineers to define business logic & ensure accuracy in data models, tables, & views
• Automate recurring reports where possible & maintain data integrity across global datasets

Business Insights & Strategic Analysis

• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support pricing decisions, forecast updates, campaign tracking, & executive-level strategy reviews
• Translate complex data into compelling visuals & narratives for senior leadership presentations
• Identify risks, opportunities, & behavioral trends across regions & recommend data-backed actions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with regional revenue leaders, sales managers, & operations to understand reporting needs & prioritize deliverables
• Act as a thought partner in identifying gaps, improving metric definitions, & enabling consistent reporting across regions

• Youll be the data backbone of Convenes global revenue strategy, supporting a senior leader & shaping how we price, forecast, & grow. Your work will directly influence executive decisions & drive the success of our commercial performance across all markets.

What We Look For: 

• 35 years of experience in a data analyst or reporting analyst role, preferably in a commercial, sales, or revenue-focused environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets & SQL (Snowflake experience is a plus)
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase
• Strong analytical mindset & attention to detail; ability to QA & troubleshoot independently
• Excellent data storytelling skillscan build intuitive dashboards & present insights clearly to both technical & non-technical audiences
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or events is a plus
• Proactive, organized, & comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Base Salary:

Salary Min: $95,000  Salary Max: $105,000

This role is also eligible for Convene's annual incentive performance bonus plan.
