About the Role As we continue to grow, were seeking a Director of Brand to define & evolve Nooms long-term brand architecture, positioning, & integrated expression across all consumer touchpoints.
You will serve as the strategic steward of Nooms brandgrounding decisions in consumer insight, translating business objectives into compelling narratives, & ensuring consistency across the full customer journey. From brand health & research to 360 campaigns & celebrity partnerships, you will drive the strategy that builds durable brand equity & measurable business impact.
You Will
- Own Nooms brand strategy & long-term roadmap, leveraging brand health tracking, consumer research (including CEPs & psychographics), & market insights to define positioning, messaging priorities, & narrative evolution.
- Lead the development & stewardship of Nooms masterbrand & portfolio architecture, ensuring clarity, differentiation, & consistency across product lines & touchpoints.
- Translate high-level strategy into inspiring creative briefs & integrated 360 campaigns, overseeing agency partnerships, major ATL initiatives, & end-to-end production.
- Deliver executive-level storytelling & quarterly brand updates that clearly articulate performance, opportunities, & strategic direction.
- Define & guide celebrity, ambassador, influencer, & strategic partnership frameworks to ensure cultural relevance & authentic brand expression.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Media, & Creative to align brand, media, & performance strategies for maximum impact, while managing brand & production budgets responsibly.

You Have
- 10+ years of experience in brand strategy or brand marketing, including director-level ownership within a high-growth, consumer-facing or digital-first organization.
- Deep expertise in brand architecture, positioning, & research-driven strategy, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable brand direction.
- A strong track record of leading integrated brand campaigns & managing creative agency partners to deliver high-impact, upper-funnel work.
- Experience overseeing large-scale creative production & managing brand & talent budgets.
- Executive presence & exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting strategy & performance to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to influence & align cross-functional stakeholders without direct people management responsibility.
- A sharp strategic mindset paired with strong creative instinct & cultural fluency.

Compensation Package
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000-$200,000.
- This range reflects the minimum & maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & location, among others.
- Other elements of Nooms Compensation Package
- Noom offers a comprehensive & generous total rewards package. This generally includes a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare, disability & retirement benefits, paid holidays & paid leave, & various wellness programs, etc.
Location
- This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required in our New York City office.
