Senior Associate, Retail Marketing
Factors Foodservice&Retail channel brings readytoheat meals to universities, gyms, hotels, & other nontraditional outlets. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Business Development, Foodservice & Retail, youll develop eyecatching, high-impact merchandising programs for Factor onsite & at industry events. Your work will drive Factor product sales, fuel brand awareness, & will equip our partners with everything they need to succeed.
You will
- Design & deploy onsite merchandising work with creative agencies & our internal brand team to create signage, fridge wraps, shelftalkers, QR displays, & digital screen assets; tailor each kit to the venues layout & audience.
- Plan sampling & activation events run tasting tables & nutrition popups, manage staffing & supplies, & capture feedback to boost trial & repeat sales.
- Manage vendors & installations source print vendors, control budgets, & coordinate install timelines with site managers to ensure flawless execution.
- Track sellthrough & optimize pull daily/weekly POS data, analyze velocity, & adjust planograms, SKUs, or promotional messaging to maximize turnover.
- Support trade shows & collateral attend & lead trade booth designs, giveaways, & sales materials
- Protect & amplify the brand enforce brandguideline compliance, gather photo/video assets for social proof, & share merchandising best practices across locations.

You have
- 3+ years in retail or CPG field marketing / merchandising, ideally with food or beverage brands
- A portfolio of POS displays or onsite activations you helped create & execute
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe) & strong Excel/GoogleSheets proficiency
- Experience managing print vendors, installers, & activation budgets
- Comfort interpreting sales data & translating insights into merchandising changes
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to partner sites & industry events
