About the Role 

iCapital's AI & ML team is developing cutting edge solutions to establish a unique competitive edge for the firm. The Technical Product Manager within the ML & AI team will support the organization in building AI capabilities. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the development & implementation of our ML & AI products & will be responsible for programs that leverage AI technologies across different departments within the company. You will work closely with stakeholders across all parts of the business including Engineering, Product, Marketing, & Client Success teams to execute growth projects & new products & features.  

Responsibilities 

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the development & implementation of our generative AI product & will be responsible for programs that leverage generative AI technologies across different departments within the company. 
• Work closely with stakeholders across all parts of the business including Engineering, Product, Marketing, & Client Success teams to execute growth projects & new products & features. 
• Gather business requirements, design solutions, test code, & execute the rollout of new features to users. 
• Integrate your technical knowledge, subject matter expertise, & understanding of trends to make sound decisions & influence business direction through data-driven analysis. 
• Own & lead ML & AI product end-to-end whether it is building MVP or scaling existing products. 
• Develop & manage end-to-end project plans & ensure on-time delivery. 
• Articulate the teams technology vision, requirements, goals, & milestones to stakeholders. 
• Present ML & AI products & features to technical & non-technical audiences. 

Qualifications 

• Minimum 8 years experience as a Technical Product Manager 
• Technical background or experience with machine learning products in Fintech or Financial Services industry is required 
• Proven track record of breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development 
• Have domain knowledge in at least one of the three fields: Large Language Model (LLM), Natural Language Process (NLP), and/or personalization models 
• Strong prioritization & project management skills & has the intellectual curiosity   
• Excellent communication & stakeholder leadership skills & ability to balance priorities in time critical situations 
• Deep technical knowledge in Generative AI & Large Language Model is a plus 

Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
