As a Project Manager, you're a visionary, an eager learner, & someone who thrives on immersing themselves in the essence of a client's brand, business, & customer base. You will be leading a dynamic, cross-functional team on a journey to create digital experiences that champion the power of fun to create a world where everyone feels they belong.

You're the bridge between our clients & our talented project teams, always ready to share project updates, tackle challenges head-on, & uncover exciting opportunities.


You will:

  • Collaborate with the team to align with project objectives, leveraging client insights & goals
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed budgets
  • Establish, implement, & oversee quality standards for project deliverables
  • Manage project communication channels & document issues & changes that impact project progression
  • Actively engage in client & internal meetings, contributing valuable insights & updates while speaking from a place of ownership for your all projects: know the dependencies, scope, potential risks, budgets, trends of each of them 
  • Execute projects meticulously
    • Effectively coordinate project deliverables, identifying & mitigating potential risks
    • Develop status reports & collaborate with project leaders to optimize resource allocation
    • Craft compelling & coherent materials that convey project progress & outcomes
    • Proactively identify, analyze, prioritize, & communicate potential project risks
    • Diligently manage & monitor project scope & timeline, keeping the team informed along the way
    • Skillfully manage project budgets, revenue, purchase orders (POs), & invoices
  • Cultivate a positive & collaborative team environment, fostering creativity & excellence

You have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience managing various digital project types, including marketing campaigns, design production, & creative automation
  • A strong understanding of project management principles, methods, & techniques, allowing you to expertly manage & control project scope, schedule, budget, & resource management/reporting. You excel in change management, project roadmap development, & precise revenue forecasting
  • A proven track record in team management & client interactions, where you've successfully navigated discussions around project scope, schedule, budget, as well as roadmaps, objectives, & strategies
  • Strong understanding of how disciplines work together & know all areas of the project that is executed by the agency. 
  • The ability to tactically organize & structure activities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills & a receptive attitude towards feedback, allowing you to effectively engage with both your team & clients
  • Strong leadership & decision-making skills that facilitate the efficient management of tasks & resources, making you a valuable asset to project success
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, setting a positive example for your team by actively seeking innovative solutions to project challenges
  • The ability to stay focused on driving goals, even in high-pressure situations, ensuring project objectives are met with dedication & composure
