Were looking for an IT Support Contractor to join our NYC office. This is a great opportunity to support a high performing tech team & gain hands-on experience in a fast paced environment.

This position is a 6-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person IT support to NYC based staff, including VIPs & executives
• Act as the frontline for walk-up support & hardware & software troubleshooting
• Support meeting room setups, networking, & basic AV needs
• Manage & resolve tickets using Jira Service Management
• Handle hardware setups, imaging, inventory, & asset tracking
• Escalate issues as needed & collaborate with the global IT team
• Maintain clear documentation of support tasks & resolutions

Experience & Background:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working onsite full time in a user-facing support role
• Familiar with macOS, Windows, & business tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
• Eager to learn & contribute to team success
• Experience in IT support (internship, helpdesk, or school or office setting)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Jamf, & AV or conference room tech

The salary for the 6-month contract is $60,000.
