Growth Manager, Offline Media (Good Chop)

As part of the Group, Good Chop is passionate about delivering high-quality, locally-sourced meats & seafood directly to our customers' doors. We're looking for a Growth Manager, Offline Media to report into Senior Growth Manager & drive the offline marketing function with full ownership across Direct Mail, Gift Card & Flyers channels for all audiences. Success in this role hinges on your ability to own projects end-to-end, apply critical thinking, & adapt swiftly to the dynamic subscription landscape. You will be immersed in a fast-paced & high-performing environment from day one.
You will
- Define the strategy, manage, & efficiently scale new customer acquisition for Good Chop through offline marketing, including but not limited to: direct mail, gift card & flyers campaigns.
- Develop & execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion: including segmentation, testing roadmap, creative development, QA, production, & analysis.
- Strategically allocate spend across various offline campaigns to ensure maximum impact within budgetary constraints, while continuously seeking opportunities for cost-saving measures.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including printers, mail houses, data providers & agencies to ensure timely & cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance & drive improvements in response rates, conversion rates, & ROI.
- Oversee the development & maintenance of the offline marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution & coordination with other marketing channels
- Design, execute, & analyze a robust A/B testing agenda, playing a central role in identifying new growth opportunities through a rigorous, data-driven, & agile approach.
- Own campaign performance reporting & analysis, provide actionable insights, highlighting key trends, & identifying strategic opportunities
- Act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with product, marketing, & data teams to integrate new features, leverage insights from other channels, & incorporate seasonality into informed tactics

At a minimum, you have...
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field with a strong academic record.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 1 year in the subscription space, with a significant focus on offline marketing channels like Direct Mail, Print Advertising, or In-Box Inserts.
- Proven track record managing Direct Mail campaigns from concept to execution, at scale.
- Solid experience with Gift Card & Flyer/Insert programs, including design, fulfillment, & tracking.
- Exceptional quantitative & analytical skills.
- Expertise in managing & optimizing complex audience segmentation strategies & full lifecycle experiences.
- Experience in advanced data analysis, leveraging historical performance to inform & execute complex offline marketing projects.
- A track record of successfully bringing creative ideas to fruition & developing unique & effective themes for ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Superior time management, organizational, & project management skills.
- Basic proficiency in SQL. Experience with Tableau, Adobe suite, or Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Passion for creative production. Experience with Photoshop, Sketch, Figma or any other photo editing software is a plus.
