About the Role
As we continue to grow, were seeking a Technical Lead Manager, Mobile Engineering to lead & evolve our mobile engineering efforts. In this role, youll manage a high-performing team of iOS & Android engineers, drive technical strategy, & ensure excellence in mobile development as we scale our platform to support a wide array of health initiatives.

You Will

• Lead, mentor, & grow a team of mobile engineers working across iOS & Android platforms
• Define & drive the technical strategy & roadmap for mobile development at Noom
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, & Data to deliver user-centric, scalable mobile experiences
  Champion engineering best practices in testing, code quality, performance, & maintainability
• Provide hands-on technical leadership & contribute to critical codebases when needed
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, & innovation across the mobile team
  
  

About You

You Have

• 5+ years of experience developing iOS and/or Android applications, with 3+ years managing mobile engineers (including senior-level ICs), ideally in a cross-functional product environment
• Deep expertise in native mobile development (iOS and/or Android)
• Strong architectural & technical design skills, with an ability to lead complex initiatives
• Excellent communication skills & the ability to collaborate across functions
• Passion for building impactful products that improve lives

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000 - $260,000.
• The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.

Location

• This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week on-site required in our Princeton, NJ office
