Squarespaces Channel Partner team drives growth through a network of creative professionals & agencies who use our platform to create online presences for their clients.
Were looking for an Agency Partner Manager to accelerate this growth by supporting Squarespaces move upmarket via strategically aligned agency partners.
Youll ensure your agency partners succeed by helping them develop ambitious business plans & expertise with our platform, by collaborating on lead generation & sales strategies, & by co-developing solutions for complex clients needs. Youll help shape our product & channel partner program, Circle, by sharing insights with stakeholders across the company & advocating for your agency book of business through formal & informal channels. Youll learn, grow, & demonstrate impact through tracking & reporting on key business & operations metrics. You will work closely with Sales, Community, Marketing, Product, & Customer Success to build a world-class agency ecosystem that delivers measurable impact for both partners & Squarespace.
You will report to the Senior Director of Channel Partners & can work remote from an approved US State or hybrid from our NYC Headquarters office.
You'll Get To...
- Manage productive long-term relationships with high-value & high-potential agency partners with the primary goal of bringing upmarket customers to Squarespace
- Support agency partners business growth through the development of go-to-market strategies that include specific business goals, clearly defined target markets, value propositions, service offerings & pricing, & sales & marketing initiatives
- Periodically review progress against strategic plans & goals, & help partners scale & optimize their execution & operations
- Collaborate closely with Squarespaces Sales team to support pipeline acceleration & mobilize internal resources to support partner-led co-selling opportunities
- Facilitate collaboration between partners & Squarespace team members on the development of solutions that address complex client needs, & socialize novel & market-expanding product solutions across your book of business
- Empower agencies to win deals & run successful Squarespace projects by supporting the development & dissemination of training resources & enablement materials, & by ensuring that partners are aware of & proficient in all relevant aspects of our platform
- Complement product marketing & channel partner education franchises (e.g., Weekly Release Notes) by bringing news, updates, & other content to agencies in individualized, digestible, & actionable formats
- Capture channel partner feedback & market insights, & disseminate internally through formal & informal loops & channels
- Report on individual partners & aggregated business metrics to track progress toward goals & inform the development or refinement of strategies & tactics
- Contribute to & support other pro user & agency workstreams & initiatives
Who Were Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, customer success, or agency/consultancy-facing roles within SaaS, commerce, or marketing technology
- Experience working with creative, marketing, or technical service providers serving SMB or Mid-Market clients
- Proven success in building & scaling partner relationships that drive revenue, co-sell opportunities, & long-term growth
- Strong relationship management & communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders at agencies & internally
- Entrepreneurial & comfortable with ambiguityskilled at creating structure, programs, & repeatable processes from scratch
- Ability to operate at both strategic & tactical levels
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, & conferences to represent Squarespace in the agency ecosystem
- Comfortable working hand-in-hand with Sales & Customer Success to drive shared outcomes
- Familiarity with Squarespace or adjacent platforms, existing commerce agency network or relationships, experience working with agency partnerships at scale (e.g., Shopify, Wordpress, HubSpot, Wix, Meta, Google) is a plus

Cash Compensation Range: $115,500 - $203,550 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure in addition to base salary.
