How do you inspire technological imagination within your company, so that you have the right ideas in place before moving to the next step of the innovation process? In today's innovation economy where the agile start-ups are disrupting traditional models, many major companies are struggling with how to innovate for growth. They frequently do not have systematic processes in place and when they do manage to innovate it is often a one off and they don't know how to build a sustainable pipeline.

Globalization and digitization are two major reasons why it has become incredibly difficult for companies to attain a competitive advantage and even when they do it is usually short-lived.

This event will examine the macro issue of innovating in a global digital-centric world, as well as deep diving inside the company to understand how to structure a company in a way that allows for both innovation and for failure.
